Not really.  As the gen goes on sales goes up.  2nd year is usually better than the first and third is better than the 2nd.  Its just the way things are after the initial early adopters rushes out to buy a new console.  A lot of people are waiting for the libraries to get bigger and prices to drop.

And yet, we also had games like Dark Souls 2, South Park and Theif; amongst more. That's not including the games for the newer systems which also came out. You can't complain that this month has been barren though. 

As I said above, if the trend continues next year then we can worry.

Dark souls was hindered for the dumb decision of putting it on Last gen rather than next gen.  South park also suffered this issue.  Thief was hurt by reviews majorly i believe as well as it also not gathering near enough hype.

But no, no complaint about the games this month.  Just that it isnt really surprising on the drop either is all.
