Are we sure of this? Nintendo is (for whatever reason) much more quiet about their plans than Sony & Microsoft. I realize we can't talk about games that are not known to exist yet but everyone is factoring it in for the PS4 & XBO so why not Wii U? In many threads people say things like "Sony & Microsoft are going to show off a ton at E3, they're bringing the big guns" Everyone (me too) expects a huge E3 this year from them two. Why is the Wii U not included in this?

Xenoblade sold a lot more in the US than it did in Japan.

Because they are 2 key franchises that will increase sales internationally. Bayonetta 2, X, and other games planned for this year (unless Zelda U comes out) will only be helpful in certain regions. That's not saying Bayonetta 2 or X won't sell well in uninterested areas, but will only flurish in certain places.

Zelda Musou should move consoles, at least in Japan.

They will sell consoles while the other games will be more likely to be picked up by people who already own one

 i dont agree that most people here talk about PS4 and XB1's potential big sales this holiday based on unannounced games at E3. we all know CoD is coming. but there is also Assassins Creed Unity, Batman, Evolve, Destiny, Fifa, Madden, Dying Light and more third parties,  along with The Order and Drive Club for PS4 and Quantum Break and sunset overdrive for Xb1. those are the reasons why PS4 and Xb1 are expected to have a big holiday.

The past two generations has had a dominating console and then two fighting for 2nd place. The general consensus (based on early numbers) is that the PS4 will be that system this gen. If this is true, while the multi-platform games will surely help the XBO, they won't help as much as they helped the XB360. most people who want those games will pick the PS4. 

If this is true, aren't the multi-platform games also "buffering games" between the big releases for the XBO? 

Just wondering why people count every little thing XBO gets as a pro but for the Wii U, unless it's of MK or Smash magnitude, it doesn't count.

Pretty much cause they are. X/B2 are not as heavy hitting, but those are the only four games coming up for WiiU in the next 2 years.

Fair enough. Though as I stated in my previous post, those games will help the PS4 more than the XBO. (This thread is more about why people count everything for the XBO but only the 2 for Wii U)

I don't understand your point. What other games are coming out for the Wii U this year?

People act like Mario Kart and SSB are all the Wii U has because it is all the Wii U has. We can't speak about unannounced titles.

I don't see Bayonetta 2 moving any more consoles than Tropical Freeze.
