Nope. Could happen or couldn't happen. We will see.

I don't hate Microsoft, I don't hate PC,
I don't prefer Sony, I don't prefer Nintendo.
...Ok, I love Nintendo but this is something about tolerance, ok?

I'm a gamer with one of the greatest hobbies and I want to share this greatness with everyone.

I don't expect xbox one to overtake wii u this year but believe it will sometime next year. I would of thought Nintendo are getting pretty desperate now and this christmas the wii u price will be significantly lower with mario kart bundled. It will be priced at a level that makes it an affordable present for younger children too. In the UK consoles generally sell significantly more when they go sub £200. I think a mariokart bundle at £179 could do very good business for Nintendo. Perhaps with other wii u console packs discounted slightly below that.

I think the wii u trying to sell at prices above £200 is commercial suicide.

No, I think WiiU will have yearly sales similar to the Xbone, as I see the Xbone having equally shit summer period, whilst I think WiiU will have better holidays as I think it's inevitable that there will be a price drop (NA down to $250 UK £175 EU 220) combined with MK8 and Smash should give the WiiU a great holiday period.

I think lifetime totals will be 11m for WiiU and 10.5m for Xbone with Xbone taking the lead shortly after the festive period. (PS4 will be 18m)

I'd be happy if the Xbox One NEVER passes the Wii U!! It's so close that it could go either way, though. Just hoping that the U becomes a successful enough to garner third party support again. Xbox One is gonna have it regardless of how it performs.

You all forget X1 will get small but constant boost from third party games with exclusives sprinkled here and there. While the hopes and dreams of wiiu for the whole year lay on the shoulder of one game.

Are people joking or trolling?
... I can see X1 easily selling twice as much as wii U by the end of the year.

The XBO won't pass the Wii U this year. (IMO)

Yes it will. With all this price cuts and Halo coming this holidays it won't have problem to outsell Wii U.

I wouldn't say shocked, but I don't see it happening.
