I say yes! Xbox One sold 240,000 in February NPD

Here is what Xbox One has going for it in March:

-Extra week in sales (take Feb numbers and add a extra week of sales, you get around 300,000 sales which is a given).

-Titanfall (let's assume a 50,000 boost now we are at 350,000)

-50 dollar price cut in the States in the last couple weeks (let's assume another 50,000 sales).

I think Xbox One will have a 400k NPD and I predict it will beat the PS4 by 25k-50k!

well VGCz says 343k which means that we'd have to have it 16% under tracked. certainly within the range of readjustment.

Hopefully Titanfall will be above 800k at least!

Like I put on a NPD prediction thread, I think it will just miss it and hit about 380k or 390k, so not quite. It is definitely possible though, and will almost certainly be undertracked.

Speaking of which, there is no way PS4 only sold 299k for that time like VGChartz numbers say. That is only 13k more than last month, and PS4 had better stock, boost for inFamous and it's a five week month, not four. Expect really good numbers for both.

I think XB1 will top 400k, as good a vgchartz tries they have no way to keep it with big launches like Titanfall. In February wasn't XB1 under tracked by about 180k? I think 400k is definitely within reach more and more of my friends list is moving to Xb1.

5 week march month means jack coming off February which has actually been higher than March in recent years for tax reasons.

But yes, it seemed to get a lot of awareness so 400k wouldn't surprise me.

You surprisinly made a possible prediction with good chances of happening... What bad omen are you hiding that prevented you from predicting on the 500k-1M?

Vgc have been way of on X1 and ps4 numbers so I could see NPD being anywhere between 300k-450k without surprise for any of the two. We have been severely overtracking and undertracking both every month.
