@bolded. so what? you say they arent getting the most out of the HW? How maybe their isnt anything to get OUT of it. Maybe teh HW isnt as powerful as you believe. But lets say they do want to do the bare minimum technically. again, so what? As long as it has parity with the other versions, what is the problem? Is UBi supposed to spend extra time and resources on a version that is going to sell the worst of them all by FAR? No they shouldnt and they wouldnt. It makes no sense.

OK, that still doesn mean it will be a WORST version.

One thing about them getting the most out of the HW, Ubi has claimed several times that their games on wii u would be superior and have fallen short of glory in one way or another. They say something on the lines of "between current and next gen" yet have delivered underperforming titles compared to other versions. Whether it be frame rate or not bringing other features that other versions have.

I have just about every ubisoft game for wii u availble minus 2. They have put the gamepad to better use than Nintendo has themselves and I expect them to take great advantage of the gamepad for this game. As far as visuals I expect them to keep the same track record just like Curl-6 said: ps3/360 version with a shittier frame rate unless they prove other wise.

they've only said that about Watchdogs. Never heard them say taht about any ohter games. ANd watchdogs hasnt released so we dont know if what they say is  a lie or not.

Fair enough, but maybe framerate sucking is a Wii U HW issue and not really something UBi is doing.

The hardware is there; we know for a fact it has twice as much RAM as PS3/360. We know for a fact it has a more modern GPU.

As for broken promises, Ubisoft claimed AC4 on Wii U would be "in between current and next gen" visually, yet it was just the 360 version with a shite framerate. They are liars.

Here you go! Two links in fact. Ubisoft Québec said that framerate issues were solved in this entry, yet it's the worst version in that aspect. It's not that bad, but it's worse than ACIII ad it looks the same to 360. Yes, they are liars.

My bet with The_Liquid_Laser: I think the Switch won't surpass the PS2 as the best selling system of all time. If it does, I'll play a game of a list that The_Liquid_Laser will provide, I will have to play it for 50 hours or complete it, whatever comes first.

Dominic Guay (developer of the game) has once again stated a few days ago that the game it's still in production for Wii U. Bad thing he's not Guillemot, or I'd be somewhat happy.
