In Europe, PS4 only sold less 8k than 3DS + XB1 + 360 + Wii U combined.

Those were the March 29 numbers, these are the April 5 numbers.

Well if we trust vgchartz then it already has 77.6% of the market between X1 and PS4 and 52.7% if we include the Wii U and if things go on like this then those numbres are only going to get bigger.

I think even TLOU Remastered and Driveclub might be enough to get it up to ~70%. If not, then that + The Order + multi plats without cross gen (like Arkham Knight) will do it anyway.

Yeah that will be difficult, I mean I don't see the Wii U ever really getting better sales in Europe and the X1 doesn't seem to be setting the market on fire either, but 80% seems crazy. That would be PS2 level domination, though I guess if that's possible anywhere for the PS4 then in mainland Europe.

At this point, I don't even really understand what's going on. Considering the Titanfall bundles, it's hard to believe that the PS4 is still out-selling the XO. All I can figure is that the PS4 has so much forward momentum going that it's just sucking in gamers like a big katamari ball.

Also, if you click on the PS4 console category on Amazon, one of the products listed is this: MITSUBISHI Electromagnetic Contactor S-V18 220V [Electronics]. The pieces of the puzzle are starting to fit together.
