Not that I want to defend zero's comparison, but you can't say is "completely invalid". Going by that logic, we wouldn't be able to compare anything, if we took into consideration all factors, every console releases under different scenarios making all comparisons between them "invalid". While it's important to note the difference of release dates, it is possible to do those comparisons, not only with WiiU but also with PS3. Or, you could just sit there and say that it's "preposterous" and we will wait until it has its first christmas.

It's going to be very interesting. Even with major success a lot of publishers are having with mobile, I still think there's a place for console games. For every major success, there's been a major flop, so I don't think any major publisher will revert to backing the platform exclusively. Surprisingly, I think Namco will be one of the PS4's biggest supporters in a few years as their mobile RPGs have flopped for the most part.

It is an exclusive in Japan and is published by Nintendo, but the console is just too expensive for the type of gamer that enjoys this title, it needs to reduce at least 50-100 U$ so more people picks this game up.

Wait, what? That's not what you expected. Nowhere near what you expected. It sold 320k and you predicted 140k. It sold more than double what you expected. I predicted that Modnation racers would sell 3m. It sold closer to 1m. My prediction was way off. I can't go around saying "well, I expected it to sell well, which it did, as I expected". 340k was by no means low. Why is it so hard for people to admit that they're wrong?

First of all, thanks for the great posts. It's nice to see someone putting some effort to provide evidence and back up their claims instead of replying as if they're tweeting , as you said (not referring to anyone in particular). 

I too strongly dislike the whole "tl;dr" attitude. Having said that, bena has a point. The comparison is invalid, but not completely invalid. It's not comparing animals with oranges, but it's more like apples and oranges. Invalid, but not completely invalid.
