Ok it took me way longer than it should of to get to my bios options, but atm I haven't found anything under secure boot what does it normally fall under?

i.e. Main, Advanced, etc... Though I'm seeing nothing.

I assume the boot options so I see nothing

Should be under security. Any idea what mobo ur PC is? Like the model number?

Im gonna get it.

Could the card just be DOA? The thing is that it showed me the bios options and gateway logo which leads me to believe that it's okay.

The Video card should be fine, so you can't find the Secure boot? Its most of the time under security and sometimes in boot. If your bios doesn't have it then obviously, I need to know the mobo so I can help you with the Bios Settings or you need to find a way to disable the integrated video card

You don't need to disable the onboard... he is getting picture through the video card. He has a boot issue.

1 thing that could be worth a thought btw, did your older graphics card have a hdmi port on it? if it didn't your issue could be coming from sound card conflicts because remember a graphics card with hdmi is also going to be trying to set itself up as a sound controller for the pc, maybe worth a shot to disable the onboard sound card and try a boot up with the graphics card in? just a thought.

I think this is it: ACER INC IPIMB-AR  REV:1.02A

and if that's not it I assume it's the bar codes with over 15 digits?

Alright so I disabled the integrated graphics card while I'm running my PC with the integrated graphics card should I go ahead and try the 750 or should i unistall the integrated graphics card?
I'm running my PC in safe mode so that must be the reason everything is okay, I figured the PC would restart or something.

I wouldn't install a video card while the PC is running... Seriously, thats a no no... And you shouldn't need to uninstall that... Its also interesting that I Can't even find a single manual for that or any Acer motherboards... Didn't even know they even made motherboards... I am not too sure, you are booting off of the hard drive correct? Just check the boot options and make sure hard drive is #1 and try to find that secure boot thing, if that doesnt work try to find anything that says UEFI boot and disable that and if there is nothing like that, tell me what Bios it is... Like it should say on the top or the bottom

Oh god no, I may be new to PC hardware but I'm not crazy or stupid enough to do that. I think I phrased it wrong XD. I meant I clcked the disable button and I had my HDMI cable connected to the integrated graphics card.
And if that's not the mobo than it's the Intel B75 Express I figured you needed like a serial number or something.

did you try disabling the on board sound? just wondering if that would be whats fucking up because of the hdmi sound driver built into your new graphics card?

Try what Ganon says for now,  it is a booting issue for sure cause if its booting with the integrated video card 7750, then it clearly doesn't like the 750 for whatever reason... It might be a power issue like he stated before but usually an issue like that will let you get to the windows logo at its worst so I doubt that. Grr, maybe update the bios and see if it gives you more options loll. Cause who knows... Maybe gateway locked some features of your current bios but unlocks them in a later update but be very careful cause if it fails, you wont be able to turn on your computer so only do it if its the last resort
