That's not how you play. The game begins when the Monthly Ban Report is posted, so it would be in one sitting. And if you're playing with shots of hard liquor (the way it should be played), that could get serious if 'Blade ups his game.

I'll assume mods verify IP addresses to know who's circumventing a ban. But what if someone just changes ISP and IP address? Can they still be detected?

Try harder!

Most ISPs seem to set you to a dynamic IP in the first place, but that rotates, so if you use an ID long enough under the same ISP, we'll likely catch it eventually.

Strange to see some people getting banned multiple times during that month for the same offence, yet the length of the bans stayed the same on every occasion.

wick and impertinance?  that is kind of odd, but maybe the second time wasn't a huge offense and they took mercy?

edit:  or since they were modded by different mods for the different offenses, maybe they didn't check the mod history very closely before deploying the ban hammer...
