This is my second game for PS4 and I was having second thoughts on whether I would like it or not since it was my first infamous game and I couldn't wait and imported it to my country directly from Amazon, which cost way more than it should.

But I was pleasantly surprised. This game is fun, really fun. I can't remember the last time I had this much fun playing a game. Since recently my gaming sessions don't go over 30 minutes for some reason. But this game just drags in me in. Played it for 3 hours the first time I started it, then played it for 4 hours again the following day. It's hands down the best game new generation game out right now.

Loved the characters and the story too which some people said was lacking but I thought it was pretty good. The visuals were jaw dropping. It really shows what the PS4 can do with the effects on the neon lights and the video game power pixelation.

I thought Augustine was a really great villain too. She was really badass and had dept to her character.

Finished the first play through with good karma. Now time to be evil... ;)

Good that you enjoy it. When I have my PS4 in the summer then I'll get this game as well. Hopefully they'll add UGC like in infamous 2 and perhaps an expansion like Festival of Blood. Not an obligation though since the game is already very well received.

People lied to me about this game. I was expecting it to be short. I've been playing for over 20 hours now and still haven't finished my first play through. I thought it would be done in 8 hours. I blame Sucker Punch for making the DUP too much fun to fight with the different powers.

I know right!? The DUP soldiers are like earthbenders with guns. And i'm surprised at how good the AI is. Battles were hectic at times. I swear those snipers have laser precision.

Exactly, they should do it because it's very well received.

Second Son was my first inFAMOUS game. It prompted me to go back and play the originals.

In conclusion each subsequent inFAMOUS game since the first has been substantially improved over the one before it on gameplay. On story/character, I think inFAMOUS 2 did it best and Second Son is also good. The first inFAMOUS game is quite substandard and hasn't aged well (on either story or gameplay).

I definitely can't fault it's gameplay at all, it's hugely fun and the variation between the powers is very welcome. I loved most of the game in-fact, including the story (despite it being a tad on the short side). It's just in desperate need of more fleshed out side content :/

The powers are too awesome. The video one is probably my favorite. I love sending those DUP guys flying with the hugeass 2 handed sword.

It's made for a 1080p projector. I love flying around, zooming up the buildings and dropping back down again. This game needs some parkour racing side missions, the few chases in the story are a lot of fun.
