Sucks that PS4 got raised to 449 here...Gonna have to wait a bit longer to buy one for myself.
Dat desperation. Seems like not even the GOTG is helping the bone. At this point the x1 will be $300 by christmas and I may pick it up.
Man, the desperation is insane. At this point, I think I'll just wait till it hits $299 or less.

This is hilarious... when PS4 launched at a lower price point than X1, Sony were smart. Now that X1 is getting pricecuts, MS are desperate :). Can people just be glad that these systems are getting more and more affordable?

It is not desperation... MS wants to close the GAP in US no matter what.
In my opinion... they need that because outside US and maybe UK the war is over... so they needs to hold at least two markets this gen... I guess UK will be on PS4 side but I can see Xbone winning US with PS4 close or vice-versa.

Desperate is probably too strong of a word, but I'm pretty sure nobody can disagree that we wouldn't be having these kinda deals right now if MS was completely happy with how the X1 sells.
