(Wanna also throw out that I really do love MGS1-2-3 but I was introduced with 4 so a lot of the effects of those games were kinda ruined otherwise I could see them being here somewhere)

While I like a vast array of different games, in different genres in different styles on different platforms, my top 10 is dominated bij Nintendo games. There's a few exceptions, but four out of five games in my top five are Nintendo games. Those are;

5. The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening
4. Super Mario World 2: Yoshi's Island
3. Super Mario 64
2. Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic
1. The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time

I honestly can't think of any metric in which Zelda is better.

FF has better graphics
FF has the better story
FF has better characters
FF has more side content
FF is a far, far longer game
FF holds up better today
FF has a slightly better soundtrack/sound effect chart

I just don't see how OoT is considered to be better when the 'other' game that tops many best-of-all-time lists beats it in virtually every category. The plausible exception being 'graphics', because the 'walking around' graphics in FFVII are hideous, but the FMV's and in-battle animations and graphics are better.

Let me know if you ever want to do a point counter-point on this. It could be a lot of fun.
