Forums - Microsoft Discussion - Microsoft shows off potential power of the Cloud at BUILD

Video shows two versions of the same game, one with the cloud and one without. Both are running at 32 FPS. The framerate of the version without the cloud drops as a building starts being destroyed. The framerate of the version with the added cloud power remains at 32 FPS as multiple buildings are destroyed.

"Prototype".

Si it's not that ready then.

Just because you have an opinion doesn't mean you are necessarily right.

Cool now implement it and show us the powah

PC Specs: CPU: 7800X3D || GPU: Strix 4090 || RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000 || Main SSD: WD 2TB SN850

If anything we won't see it implemented until the next Xbox.

Now let us look at the borders of control and make a paralel about when it can be achieved in real life and if it is off loading processing or just streaming the video and controls.

duduspace11 "Well, since we are estimating costs, Pokemon Red/Blue did cost Nintendo about $50m to make back in 1996"

Mr Puggsly: "Hehe, I said good profit. You said big profit. Frankly, not losing money is what I meant by good. Don't get hung up on semantics"

Azzanation: "PS5 wouldn't sold out at launch without scalpers."

Maybe Xbox One^2 will take advantage of this.

Lol now look at the ps4 fans rush to downplay this and saying it will be ready for XB2. XB1 was built with the future in mind and this is proof. First party studios will be having access to DX12 and Cloud processing before it hits the market. I love watching you guys scramble to come up with another excuse to slight MSFT and XB1.
