This just seems like a schoolyard fight that got way out of control, but really, when I went to school there was a fight after school like every other month or so, and this has been going on with kids since forever.

The fact is the human brain doesn't fully develop until into its 20s ... kids don't always understand the consequences of what they're doing and can be cruel. That's just a fact of life, you're never going to create some utopia where kids don't get into brawls.

Most boys at least get into at least one physical fight in their childhood.

Yep I they had so much more dignity during the civil rights movement. I saw so many white kids showing tons of dignity towards blacks. If only we could back to those good ole days. Not good for any non white american but oh well.

His name should be released and the father of the victim should sue the school. I'm sorry, but this kind of bullying just cant go unpunished (nor any other kind).

Fact: There are school yard fights every day and that's been going on probably since school was invented (lol).

Kids gather around and cheer. Because they don't know any better.

This kid should be punished, a full year's worth of mandatory hard community service on Saturdays for one will hammer the point home, he should also have to go to anger management counselling for a year plus.

Suing the parents and all that is stupid, all they'll do is probably take out their frustration on the kid, who in turn will be prone to become more violent.
