The other is a country that doesn't even try all that terribly hard to PRETEND to be a democracy.

So if your quantifier for "who is stronger" is actually asking "who has more control/power", then no shit, the answer is going to be Putin. If people are posting/voting on this because they're moronic conservatives who are following the recently popular Fox News meme of claiming Putin is a better leader than Obama (because, you know, they don't like that black guy in the White House), then that is just really......really sad. Especailly considering it is the self-same moronic conservacons who now praise Putin, who were only months prior calling on Obama to basically start war with Russia. Great job guys.

Even-though we are twitter buddies, I would say Putin is more of a thug or a bully, not a leader. Obama is more of an orator, he can talk to people and get them to do things. That's a leader not a bully.
