So yesterday amazon decided to add metacritic scores to all games being sold on amazon?

 

Is it right for them to use metacritics? is it too much? won't that impact sales  to some extend?

EDIT: it seems some games have meta scores while others don't

Not a good move imo.

Metacritic already has too much influence over gamers buying habits as it is. This will probably just make it worse

I'm not seeing the Metacritic scores...

But I don't think it's a big deal. Steam already does this. If consumers care about the critical consensus, they can check the score; if they don't care, they can trust the customer reviews, or their own instinct.

Good move, in my opinion. Gives the general audience an idea of the quality of their purchase. It's also convenient those who would seek out the Metacritic score otherwise.

Yea, it seems as of now mostly the big name games have scores next to them.. like KZ, COD, titanfall and second son, last of us.. etc..
