Forums - Movies & TV - I was frozen today!!!!!!

This is embarassing, but I thought frozen was a pretty good movie. Imagine a 34 year old man, getting all emotionally invested in a disney animated movie. I thought the start of the movie was a bit 2 rushed and had a few to many songs, but after the first 20 minutes, the movie started getting really good. I don't watch alot of animated movies, but I'm glad I took a chance on this one. 9/10 for me and it get's my rare stamp of approval. I was frozen today!!!!!!!

Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

I tend to avoid animated movies, but I saw wall-E and it was awesome.
Maybe I should give more of them a chance... starting with frozen.

There is no need to be ashamed/embarrassed! I have loads of animated/Disney movies in my collection and think Disney produce some of the best movies out there! I have watched Lion King, Aladdin, Up!, Jungle Book and many others so many times that I have lost count. I haven't watched Frozen yet but I fully intend to when it is released on Blu-Ray.

Very insecure of you to discredit a movie just because of the target audience. I've seen most recent Disney films and all have been good. Frozen was great, Tangled too. Not seen Monsters Uni and Planes looked rubbish.

Lets put it this way, I went to see Frozen with my mate who was 28 and myself 30.

Now if you had said you'd seen a romantic comedy on your own... now that's something to brag about.

Hmm, pie.

I go and see mostly any big animated movie at the theatre, as my gf is an infographics student. Frozen is by far the best disney movie since rapunzel and I saw it three times already (In theatre in french, bluray in english and with my little sister in french again). The only problem to me is there are way too much songs (especially in the beginning), but the animation is awesome enough to forgive it. Fjords landscapes are gorgeous, as well as particle effects.

I hope we will have a frozen world in KH3, cause it would really be gorgeous.

I'm older, more school, and more fool than you and I saw it twice in theaters--once with my daughter and once with a lady I met. Enjoyed it both times. I'm not ashamed.

No, it's not embarrassing.

Usually I love the Disney animated films, especially the Pixar ones. WALL-E is one of my favorite movies of all-time, it's brilliant. Haven't had the chance to see Frozen yet, but I'm sure it's a lot of fun!
