I'm obviously not their target audience then

You're not a fan then

better bring it to the wiiu first, then we can talk.

still not buying it, but for those who really like the series I hope its gonna be good each year or they will get burned.

When will it all end!?

What makes this more hillarious is that I have friends who complain about this, yet every single year they still cave in an buy the games...Some act like children that do not understand the stove is hot and repeatedly touch it.

I personally just borrow the games at this point. Haven't bought an AC game since brotherhood. ^^

Assassin's Creed II is one of my favourite games of last gen.

They do understand that fans will flee if the quality starts to drop, right? And that with annual iterations, there is a very high risk of the quality dropping.

Except ac isn't cod.. AC IV is the best one since ii

They have the staff and team for the yearly releases.. You guys act like they rush release every game.. They have a team working on 5 while they work on unity.. More than likely they had 4 in development while 3 was about to come out..

It doesn't matter. Fans = people who buy Ubisoft products mindlessly, regardless of quality, cohesion or series fatigue, if we go by this "it'd be stupid not to put out a yearly AC" logic thing,

So you're not a fan!

GIVE ME A MAIN TITLE FEMALE ASSASSIN!

That is fan demand.

It'd be "stupid" to lose what is a stable source of revenue by milking it and saturating the market, losing said interest.

Assassins Creed doesn't even seem like a real franchise to me anymore. Its impossible to get hyped for a game that comes out every single year. Its like COD and Madden now that the games will always sell well but nobody is actually hyped when a new one comes out, people just continue to buy it because they know what to expect.
