Forums - Microsoft Discussion - Xbox One... An Unstoppable Beast?? Predictions Inside

Right now it's looking like the PS4 is the beast, but I can see this new price cut helping the Xbox One gain some ground. I dont think having it available in other countries would help all that much since Titanfall is not a style game that countries like Japan would go for. First person shooters are a Europe & North America game.

Rejoice ToastTurd is back with another XBOX One infomercial!!!! Toast is on a mission to try and sell more XBOXOne consoles since they are having a lot of trouble doing it on their own. Good luck to you sir....hope you are being paid at least.

Xbox One still needs to be released in about 20 Euro countries

Probably it will sell even more than that now, because the price was slashed to 450 dollars with a free game, which puts it at the same price that the PS4, and with a free camera.
That will ensure a healthy 2014 for the ONE, now, it just need the games, and they are coming as well I think.
That said, I have both PS4 and XBOX ONE and the PS4 is much more appealing and estable, althought I enjoy both consoles, but I think that the PS4 will stay ahead because of free PSN PLUS games, better indie support and the amazing Sony exclusives.

My grammar errors are justified by the fact that I am a brazilian living in Brazil. I am also very stupid.

A five-hundred dollar machine beasting in every country it is released in.

I wouldnt go that far. More software was sold on the PS2 than on the Xbox One in Spain in 2013, for example.

http://www.adese.es/images/pdf/notabalance2013.pdf - Page 3, for software numbers.

Xbox One is struggling in a major way outside of North America and the UK. All you have to do is look at the numbers... Which is why youre also wrong about it being a $500 machine. Its no longer a $500 machine. Its getting pricecuts and value bundles. Its currently a $450 machine with a free AAA game.

Things are going "okay", in all honesty. It could be a lot worse, it could be a whole lot better. Nothing to scream and shout about.

No......let's not do this.

So far its doing great relative to 360 and is profiting out the gate. It will overtake WiiU this year or next. It won't be #1 globally but that is ok. Were getting temporary price cuts and free games left and right where as Sony is price increasing.

There are benefits to losing....let's keep them while doing great on our own terms!

A five-hundred dollar machine beasting in every country it is released in. If it were released in the other fourty countries it would have had 200k+ titanfall week. Those of you who said ONE game could not sell systems are in for a treat. Does any one have guesses for this weeks sales? I say Xbox One will stay above 100k for a few weeks because of Titanfall and deals in the US.

I don't know, supposedly there was a big drop off.  I'm going to guess it will land between 80-90k.  It is possible it could be over 100k, but I think that is a bit on the high end of expectations...

Didn't you have other outrageous predictions about X1 sales during and after Titanfall's first week? Did they come true?

Thanks for the laugh, I needed.   the price cut in uk and titan gave the expected boost, but calling this 'unstoppable beast' is comic.  sorry to say this. xbone numbers will go soon below 70k.
