The PS4 controller is the only comfortable controller from Playstation IMO.

It's a great controller, mostly an improvement from the DS3 but it's a stretch to call it the best controller ever made. The Gamecube, 360 and Xbox One offer stiff competition.

Biggest disappointment of the PS4 hardware.

- too big, feels like it is pushing my hands apart...
- ...while the area for the face buttons got smaller. (yay I can now press all buttons at once with just one thumb)
- stupid rims on analog sticks that peel off after a short time
- sharp edge on the triggers is uncomfortable.
- touchppad is functional but feels cheap. I think I would prefer it non-clickable.
- fucking bright glowing light that you can't fucking turn off!

Yes, one is the greatest when it comes to D-pad and button layout, while the other is the best in Sticks and general comfort in your hands :). I still play my Saturn regularly, Panzer Dragoon Zwei and Saturn Bomberman are just too hard to put down :).

2 classic games....... i still visit SEGA Rally, Decathlete (Athlete Kings) and Fighters Megamix from time to time.

Anyway.......

A 360 controller with the SEGA Saturn's D-pad and button layout, unbeatable.......... SHEER PERFECTION.

My wack ass gamestop still doesn't have a PS4 kiosk so i havn't had a chance to play it yet. I only got the chance to play with the X1 controller with Forza since it's the only kiosk they have right now.

From the couple times i tried it out without actually noticing that i was playing with the new X1 controller, i can tell you that it's better than the 360 controller.

I can't exactly say why but if i was stuck in a room for a year, a game console that played all games, and an X1 and 360 controller to play on, i will have ended up using the X1 controller more by the end of that year.

I did notice that i DID NOT notice the new rumble in the controller that everybody was talking about though

Aint nobody going to notice that shit when playing..

 

I have heard that there are quite a good number of people who actually like the DS4 over the X1 this time around so i can't wait to try it out

I thought the DS4 was incredible at first, but the amazement has worn off. Going back to the 360 controller felt really good.

I'd say the 360 controller has the most ergonomic shape, but the DS3 has the perfect buttons and analogue sticks. DS4 is somewhere inbetween.

DS4 is great.
Haven't tried XB1 controller yet.

But why isn't the GC controller in the poll? :O
