For me XBO/X360 and then the GC controller. Ive never had any issues with controllers except for DS3 which i hated and the WiiMote which id say is my all time least favorite. We all have our opinions so i respect yours

Xbox 360 controller has been the best I have used. I prefer the position of the analogs, and in general the controller just feels good in the hands.

Duelshock 3 has easily been the worst that I've had to use.

NIntendo controllers work. They all feel confortable enough... Gamecube controller is an easy 2nd for me.


I haven't used the DS4 or Xbox One controller enough to fully judge it, but based on the little usage I've had I'd pick the Xbone over DS4. However the DS4 was confortable.

That was my implication.  The Wiimote speaker has also been used for a lot of the same features mentioned in the OP.  Not that I begrudge Sony for using it, but acting like touch pads (DS, Wii U, Vita) and speakers (Wii, Wii U) are some crazy innovation is kind of silly.

My exact order too...

Although once I use the DS4 more, I'll probably like it more than the GC controller despite the stick placements.

Controller is about opinon, anyway I acutally like the DS3 saying that the DS4 is superb an improvment in every way it's quite a feat that Sony pulled it off. 

 One of my favorite controllers of all time is the amazing ZIP Stick used on my Amiga, faultless in it's time.
