Some backstory should help those unaware of the action happening tomorrow at 5pm (CST), Monday and Tuesday 7pm.

Nintendo Redirect is a movement created on the website pretendo.co, currently lead by Shokio. They are going to be tweeting nintendo, post on their facebook pages and on the respective Miiverse forums to achieve their goals, and their goal for tommorow is to get focus on a couple of wanted titles, mainly Star Fox and F-Zero, and to get online multiplayer for Virtual console games, not to mention more VC games. They hope to do it in phases, with the next one being OS fixes/updates, like folders and such. If you want more info you can read and/or watch the links below.

So, back to the original question, will actually anyone be using the hashtag "NintendoRedirect" tomorrow?

I wish Shoke the best, but it seems very futile IMO. I wish them the best, but I just don't see Nintendo listening to their pleas.
So no, no re-direct for me.

Hmm, this sounds interesting! I will keep an eye on it

I followed this from the beginning and to me it seems a little childsh, specially because Shokio can´t understand that Nintendo cannot steer their ship everytime a dozen of consumers want something different;
Sure, they are struggling, but their money and ressources are not infinite.

My grammar errors are justified by the fact that I am a brazilian living in Brazil. I am also very stupid.

It doesn't seem like too many will be joining in, so I doubt they'll be getting a good result. Heck, they would be lucky to get an official stance!  And if nothing happends, the ones joining in now are going to drop off. Therefore I'm sad they picked this one first. Getting folders shouldn't be much work for Nintendo, and results would be fuel for the movement, meaning more people joining in. I don't see them making Starfox because 400 Nintendo fans on twitter spams them for a day or two. Bad planning IMO.

They're not asking for the right things to get enough people on board. Nintendo do listen to Miiverse requests though. They have acted on them before I believe.

Part of what they want to get is realistic though, cross game chat and folders are both things Nintendo could and should add. It's not really conflicting with a different oppinion either, since almost none are against it. But the movement as a whole decided to go for games first, instead of what was realistic to achieve for their size. It's probably going to die off pretty soon.

Oh god no. Not to sound judgmental, but I'm a grown up and I have shit to do. Nintendo will make what they want, and if it's what I want, I'll buy it. I may opine on the web now and then, but I'm not going to devote serious time to this.

I don't think there were much more than Earthbound in that department. And they already had the files for that game and presumably the North american translation. This is a very different beast.

This.

I doubt Nintendo would even see any of those posts, let alone let them influence their decisions on what games to develop.
