Forums - Gaming Discussion - Titan Fall is not worth $60

OP's fault for not trying the beta first.
I tried the beta, thought it was average so didnt waste money on it.

But yeah, if you don't like, sell it!

Just because it has 500,000 sales doesn't mean that all 500,000 of those people loved the game.  There was another thread that said TItanfall wasn't really worth the $60 either so that's 500,000  - 2.  You never know how many people who own the game feel they wasted their money or whether they loved it.

You're right, by now we've well passed the 500k mark. Soon over a million people will have the game!

I agree with the OP, I'm on on the fence of selling it or keeping it, havent played since 4-5 days and I dont feel the need to go back there. It was fun the first few days but it got old even faster than Ghost on me.

God I miss the first black ops and mw2.

RIP ps3, xbox360.

welcome home ps4 and X1

It depends

If your someone who buys games such as COD, Battlefield, Halo etc. for just their multiplayer Titanfall is certainly worth it.

If however your someone who buys shooters for their campaign, stories, or co op then yeah Titanfall isn't worth 60.

So basically it just depends what kind of gamer you are or what your looking for.

You not liking a game does not mean its not worth 60 dollars. Besides, most COD games have a horrible, short single player.

That's funny, continuing your Infamous comparison, if I added the time it took me to platinum both Infamous games together, I think I have already played Titanfall longer. So I think Infamous 3 would last me in its entirety, a fraction of the time I will spend on dat Titanfall.

Yet because one is MP only, its "not worth $60" lol.

I'll probably log more hours into Titan fall than most single player games. Definitely worth more for a good multiplayer game.

Now if you don't like it so be it. But WELL worth 60 for those who do, relatively speaking.

I don't think any game more based towards the online features with a very short campaign is worth the $60 price tag but that's just me, i'm sure the online crowd would disagree because they will put many hours into it but for me to pay full price it better have at least an 10+ hour story.
