Forums - Sales Discussion - The great fall of PS4 on Amazon...

People are so unreasonable about this. At some point the sales for both consoles will become stagnant for a period of time. The early adopters will already have one and the people on last gen won't be making the jump yet.

You have to be foolish to think the PS4 is going to keep selling the way it has. It will slow down and the Xbox One will to.

Exactly, It's so bizzare that people get so defensive about this. PS4 is not going to sell out forever. It's natural. Also, it's not like censoring the news somehow makes it not exist, so what exactly is point of the bullying/censorship? Just silly games.

It's like you can never speak that PS4 demand may not always be through the the roof. It's lasted at least until March, and still I think brick and mortar has limited stock. That's pretty good.

It amazes me that I get banned for flame baiting and trolling and there are a bunch on here who do it all the time and nothing happens to them? This thread is a joke just like the MGS ground zeroes streaming thread!

Online... Which PSN is. I've never paid tax on PSN or Amazon or anything that is an online only site that I know of.

Edit: This should have quoted the where is tax not charged in the US question. My bad.

Yeah, I've never been charged tax on psn, xbox marketplace, steam, or amazon, nintendo's e-shop on the other hand. . .

If the OP cannot see whats wrong with what he is stating, then I am not sure he should be getting involved in sales chats as he cannot comprehend how sales and ticket prices work. - which item would you expect to sell more over time, a $299 product or a $10 product (or whatever the prices are in the USA).... answers on a post card please.

That is all I am going to say on the subject for fear of saying what I really mean about this post, and get into trouble.

It's news that PS4 for the first time has fallen from #1 on Amazon. I'm sorry this post is so controversial, it really shouldn't be. But some people obviously have agendas.

No it really isn't, anyone that actually put some thought into this would know that this was expected, what did you expect PS4 to outsell inFamous?  lol

Titanfall not even Nr1 after release. I wonder if it can beat the PS4 first place this month.

Me thinks OP is a bit obsessed with PS4 amazon sales.

Sigs are dumb. And so are you!

That's what you call a "great fall"? You must live in a hyperbolic chamber.

And yet it was replaced by All PlayStation products. I wonder if there's some kind of big game release this week, maybe two that would warrant a big boost for said games and PSN cards (to purchase digitally)

Geeeeee.... I wonder.

Nvm, DOOOOOMMM

People are buying $10 gift cards to buy Infamous?

Are you serious?..

50 + 10

20+20+20

Any of the gift cards can be used for Infamous and/or MGS GZ

Just today i bought two 20 bucks cards to buy MGS and have the extra 10 i needed to buy infamous

You know what I find funny is when people use Amazon as a reference, as if that paints the whole story.

Uhh, I'm sure you do get charged tax on all those. Am I living in bizzare land?

Hmm, maybe it's just a state by state thing. But I'm pretty sure for PSN/Xbox it's national. They wont want to run afoul of authorities, even if technically it may be a gray area.

I know I get charged tax in Texas. Wherever a corp has a physical presence at least it has to be taxed for sure. Hard to imagine Sony/Ms dont have a presence (say, at least servers) in every state. Microsoft has Stores too. Sony, well they did but announced they're closing them due to Sony being in such bad fiscal shape
