1080p first. 60fps is useless if you can't spot where projectiles are coming from.
Depends on the game... For example, if a game has a pair of nice ballons then I need 1080p to see all the details in those curves but if its just bricks then 60 fps is fine

This. Same with the-pi-guy's. I voted for 60fps though, since I would prefer that for most genres.
Depends on the genre.
60 fps for Hack 'n Slash, Racing, First person shooters, Fighting, Platformers.
1080p for the rest.
60 fps for shooters.
1080p, 30 fps is fine with me for everything else
