LOL people are too harsh on MGS2. :p

I honestly also enjoyed MGS 2 more than 3.  The tanker/boat part was my favorite part of all MGS games in gameplay.

Ill probably get it used at Gamestop then, that eay I can return it later that day when I beat it. I need to play Peace Walker first, will probably pick that up this week.

You want to know a secret, Wright?  When I first played MGS2 I really liked it.  The gameplay was like I imagined MGS1 being if the characters actually moved like people rather than sacks of potatoes.  Plus, the final two bosses were (and still are) ace.

But I replayed it about 6 months ago and that unfortunately caused me to drop it massively down the rankings.  I really cannot forgive the story for being so terrible.  It's Kojima at his self-indulgent worst.

And that's why MGS3 is better.  MGS2 gameplay; MGS1 story.  Excellent.

In fact, I may just start playing it again later on tonight!
