These are the guys who decided to make COD 60 FPS on consoles, when there weren't that many shooters on the market running at 60 FPS. I think part of the reason why COD caught on was because of its smooth 60 FPS gameplay.

That's also why I expected Titanfall to look crap on 360 with low effects and resolution but maintaining that smooth 60 FPS. But then the confimation came that the 360 version was being developed by Bluepoint and not Respawn, which explained the choice to of 30 FPS. It's sad but it is what it is.

Meh, that is what upscaling is for. Gonna pick this one up, this alone makes 360's 2014 better then its competition.

It is developed by another team and if it is 30fps stable it is like most other games for the last gen...

Personally after playing the beta I was far more worried about frame rate and map size than resolution. If it holds a constant 30 though, that's fine. But map size and detail will be very different imho.
