Are you aware the ps4 is the fastest selling console in history? there is nothing they could do, they are not limited in stock is the demand that is crazy.

I dont think you are seeing this right. Maybe some off clouds come from the US. Its impossible to win with one region. Absolutely impossible.

Look at the charts! PS4 sells more than double the X1 every week and Has above 6 million sold versus the X1 3.6. Its on track to sell double just at this pace. How are they not the undisputed leaders already? Extend this for a few years and what is 3 vs 6 becomes 30 vs 60. Is that not an undisputed lead?

Undisputed as in other devs wouldn't even have to consider launching on other platforms or to the point where exclusives on other platforms will hurt much like in the PS2 era.

We're not there yet and have a long way to go to get there.

I dont know how you cant buy it. There is no logical way to think that. MS sold 3mil by the end of last uear and shipped 3.9 mil. Thats not constrained. Sony sold 4.2m last year and shipped 4.2m. At the end of Feb they sold over 6m. Even they arent supply constrained then they would have to not sell a single unit in March and show shipments of about 6.9m in May for their financials. Thats just absurd

I dont think demand has died off.
In the UK, the only available stock is where retailers have made ridiculous bundles and inflated the prices.
The PS4 byitself on amazon always shows an expected date. Ive only seen it once where it said 'In stock'.
I just checked now and its out of stock with no estimated delivery date. cheapest other retailer on amazon is selling it for £370.

Have you ever been through a console launch period before? I remember staring at my PS2 and thinking that it's a piece of shit cause there were literally no games available at one time.

It's always like this.

The situation is DEFINITELY NOT better onthe xbone 

XB1 atm has Dead Rising 3, Forza 5, project spark beta, pvz gw, ryse, peggle 2, killer instinct, max curse of brotherhood, and titanfall. Soon to come is a bunch of indies Quantum Break, Sunset Overdrive, fable, and halo.

PS4 atm knack, killzone, and a bunch of indies. Soon to come though for 2014 Infamous 2nd son, MLB, and The Order (Had good hopes for mp, got a middle finger to the face). 

Also please don't list Sony's 1st party cause if a game from nd, ssm, etc... comes out next year we wont get another one from them another 1.5-2 years later aka the wait game.

No hate on Sony though here is how I feel MS got these "exclusives"

Here is what I think is going on. Basically MS looses billions on bing yet they keep it going. 

Xbox to microsoft is worth much more so MS is willing to outbid Sony on every 2nd and 3rd party exclusive they can get their hands on. 

Hell I can bet u insomniac fell for MS' and EA's analysis that xb1 was going to outsell the ps4. 

Well it has already bit EA in the ass with titanfall ignoring a 90 million+ fanbase (ps4/ps3 combined) and Insomniac is going to face the same problem ignoring a potential 10 million PS4 fanbase (old school ps fans who grew up with insomniac + many xbox converts) for a 5-6 million fanbase who doesn't care for Insomniac as much and already have a bad rep for them with fuse.

MS is the one to blame imo. Insomniac is small and prob. needed funding. MS prob took advantage and offered help ($$$) and advice (analysis that they will outsell ps4) for exclusivity and Insomniac prob. agreed to a contract not knowing what will happen. 

Same thing prob. happened with capcom.
