My favourite 6th gen games are

Final Fantasy X
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas
The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker
Metal Gear Solid 3
Shadow of the Colossus
Kingdom Hearts II

A few honourable mentions for me would be.

Fable: The Lost Chapters
Super Smash Bros. Melee
Mario Kart: Double Dash
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic
The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time

Persona 3 FES and Persona 4.

Those games got me into gaming.

Im gonna have to say Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater.

I personally enjoyed Ninja Gaiden Black and KOTOR more than Halo:CE. Morrowind would be a close 4th. All playable through easily downloadable emulators on any 360. You gotta love M$! Or not. ; p

FFX, Persona 3 FES, MGS: Snake Eater.
Then everything else.

GTA San Andreas
Shenmue (I think everyone forgot about Dreamcast)
Legend of Zelda: Windwaker

Xbox One, PS4 and Switch (+ Many Retro Consoles)

Prediction: Switch will sell better than Wii U Lifetime Sales by Jan 1st 2018

Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. Easily the best 6th Gen game for me, as it's also my #2 game of all time.
Then technically The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess, but it actually deserves it's spot more for the Wii version.

Then sometime nothing.

Then SoulCalibur and a bunch of other Dreamcast games after that.
Further down there's Metroid Fusion, though I never played the actual GBA version.
