It was my understanding that the building was the new headquarters of the company, but maybe they are going to still use the old building. Regardless, the new building is where they will house their new combined handheld/console hardware development and much of the software teams. It's hard to tell from the pictures, but the new building is much larger than the old one - perhaps 2 or 3X as big.
