I'm actually playing through it for the first time now. Pretty good so far.

Even scooters. Just a poor implementation of Xinput. No real steering in vehicles just hard left,right. On 2 wheels just full,no lean as well. The vehicle control is as bad as Just Cause  2. Both games are from Square.

I haven't played it, unfortunately. I want to point out that there was 22 post, 22 new, and 222 views before I clicked on this though.

1.Yes, there wasn't much challenge in ranking up and there is too much money, nothing to spend it on.
2.Very nice visuals, better than GTAV
3.Very poor
4.Outstanding beat em up. Decent gunplay too.
5.Very easy to achieve 100% Will not take much longer than 22hrs to do this.
6.22hrs, 15 for SP
7. Cars controlled great, best in any open world game.
8.Camera was fine.

1. It certainly wasn't hard, but it was fun enough that I didn't care.

2. Good.

3. Very good, like an interactive John Woo movie.

4. The melee combat was spectacular, gunplay was functional but derivative.

6. Not sure, 20-30 hours.

7. The control and vehicular combat were great, however there was nothing special about most of the cars themselves.

1.  Only after you got the skill shwere you could break everyone's leg.  It was pretty easy though.

2.  They were okay.  Not great, but not bad. 

3.  Story was good.

4.  The fighting was good, the shooting was okay, the infinite amount of slow down so long as you jumped out from cover was pretty stupid.  They should have had it rechargeable and had a slowdown button.

5.  99.9%.  Actually no idea.

6.  100 kajillion billion hours.

7.  The first time I tried driving a vehicle, I'd say no, but I got used to the driving pretty quick afterwards and thought it was good.

8.  Never had a problem.
