Batman pre-orders are believable, but the Titanfall part is obviously BS.

How? It makes sense. I'm also of the opinion that a lot of people who want an X1 for Titanfall have already bought an X1.

1mil units? Lol, no. I don't buy it. There's gotta be something wrong with their algorithm.

Are they talking about selling one million X1 Titanfall bundles, or X1 units in general?

He's saying 1 Million out of already sold X1 units are thanks to Titanfall announcements.

I don't particularly trust him, he's made a number of mistakes before, some of them pretty major.

Like what?

OT: Pre-order number makes since. XBONE guys would be more interested in TF right now than pre-ordering a game coming almost a year from now.
XBONE sales also make sense, expect for the "200K" part.

TitanFall just keeps on seeming like MS's last hope until e3... Relying this much on one game is really risky...

I dont get why people keep saying its MS's last hope. We have other big name games (such as Halo) coming in a year or two. Other unrevealed titles too supposedly. Also the very real possibility of a price cut if things get too bad. They really have a lot of options so saying its their last hope is a bit silly.

Well Xbox One is at 3.6 million as of March 1st, so how can they get to 4.6 million in about a week, BEFORE Titanfall comes out?

Because it is there last hope. Halo 5 isn't going to come till late next year (if rumors are true) and Gears is 2016. That's too late (see Wii U). MS needs to turn things around now, other wise by the time that Halo 5 is out, the PS4 will millions ahead (much more than it already is).

No, what he's saying is tht out of the 3.6 million they've already sold, 1 million or so bought it for Titanfall.

Wasn't Batman announced last week or so?
Preorders must be 1000 vs 250 then. Is it even up for Preorders yet?

Imagine not having GamePass on your console...

He's not saying that Titanfall will sell one million Xbox Ones come March 11. He's saying that Titan has already sold 1 million Xbox Ones and they doubt it'll sell 200k more. I have no doubt that most people who want Titanfall already bought one. Why wait for March 11 when I can play Dead Rising 3 and Killer Instinct in the meantime?

I can already see that Titanfall big, but not as big as Microsoft hopes. Why are they surprised when the online shooter crowd already saw Xbox as their platform? Titanfall, Halo, Gears. All shooters that focus on online MP.
