What about the CD-i, the Pippin, 3DO or the Hyperscan? All the choices you listed are pretty good consoles who sold millions and made a significant impact on the gaming scene...

I don't think you are a very good gamer if you don't even know the prime examples of console badness, and instead uses all your options to list a bunch of choices that, expressed in a post instead of a poll, would be considered more flaming than anything else...

QFT. Lots of votes for Xbone and Wii U, that tells me that a) they haven't played said consoles and b) they only know a few of the current mainstream brands, and haven't experienced the cornucopia of gaming garbage out there.

thats the trick.if i list worst consoles then the people dont even know what most of them are.

I don't really feel comfortable voting, as most of these "worst consoles" I haven't ever seen in person, let alone owned or played with.

In terms of pure performance per dollar my worst console is definitely the XBox 360. It does well enough, but between the games, the subscription, and the hardware itself, it is a very expensive console. I've probably spent as much on my 360 as any two other consoles combined, and even with the used game market it just hasn't delivered to make that worthwhile.

Between the three PS2 in my home the first one is dead, the second one stopped reading dual layered DVDs years ago, and the d-pad of the controller that came with mine doesn't work anymore, despite barely using it because I bought a controller with a proper d-pad for 2D games.

theres a quote from Shinji Mikami that says Sony made PS2 on purpose easy to break to inflate sales numbers.
