If everyone would be mad just because something is cheaper 4 months after they bought the product there would be everyone mad on this planet. There is always some kind of price cut or addition after a while. Yes, it happened fast with Xbox but people really expect that Microsoft shouldn't do anything just because they had to pay 10 percent more for their console + forza? It's a freaking 550 to 500 price reduction and not from 550 to 250

When is a company allowed to reduce the price of their product or to give something extra with it?

The PSP Go was a digital only model of the PSP, it wasn't a standalone console.

You keep sitting here typing excuses while MS doesn't improve cause no one is telling them they are wrong. Why wouldn't they wait till preorders dropped to start removing restrictions when the E3 had negative reactions to the console and 2014 was filled with negative Xbox PR. Again, Xbox has not even come close to the PS2, and yet they have the gall to act like 2005 Sony at the start, but now they are backtracking and being praised despite the fact that PS and Nintendo have had straight fair policies from the onset.

What is the worse thing that Sony did with the PS3? If you can't see how the XB1 has attempted to do much worse in the past 4 months than you need to take of those green tinted glasses.

No, I'm just pointing out how Xbox Fans have been tolerating the untolerable since 2005. I fully expect this to continue as it has been, the trends will play out. And Xbox Fans will defend the X2ndbox lack of games and 2000$ price point.

When talking about Sony's d00m, people like to bring up how MS has a basically 0 chance of going bankrupt, and yet PS is the cheaper and more powerful console, has been giving away games longer than xbox, lets you actually use netflix for free, I could go on.

Especially, the irony in an all in one console that has less media functions that the ps4 without the subsciption.

(MS advised people to do it? Did Major Nelson and Phils say that? Mattrick had a different idea of Xbox that's why he had to go. MS was arrogant because everything was happening in 360; best online infrastructure, most gamers that don't watch netflix prefered it, thus more software sales and game tie ratio, even though online service is based on a monthly fee it has a bigger community and etc...)

Mattrick was a part of Xbox but under his leadership Xbox never seemed fresh like it is under Phil Spencer.

In MS, members are free to speak. MS doesn't need to invest in X1 as the Xbox division been profitable for a while now.It invests from what it earns.

I didn't confuse X2 with anything, your common assumption as a group is that X360 had a lack of games from 2011 till now and it would be the same on future boxes. And then I shot down your analogy with XBLA.

Nintendo fans know what they want and they are a great community. They don't constantly act entitled by creating multiple petitions, they don't look at others' consoles to compare them down to a chip  of paint, they are satisfied when Nintendo provide enough 1st party content and don't have to look at what neighbors have. If that's Nintendo fans you're talking about, I see no problem on X community becoming like that.

X consoles are more than graphic cards update, you'll never wrap your head around that.

I don't think that many people are upset, unless you bought it within a few weeks, even then you could probably take it back if it's that serious. This sounds more like ps4 fans trying to be mad for us, kind of like the kinect outrage, most XB1 users really enjoy it.
