There will be no forgiveness, if they screw this up but seeing Druckmann's involvement and Sam Raimi taking the helm. Then maybe, just maybe they can pull this off.

It's as confirmed as the Uncharted movie and God of War movie, I'm gonna bump this thread in 2020.

I guess I could see that with the Ratchet and Clank and Sly films being made as well.

I guess I just view The Last of Us as something special and would hate for it to be sullied by a poor adaptation or sequel.  Rare gem of a game I just want left alone.

Well They could make a story in the universe of TLOU, most of the story on piece of paper you found in the game was awesoe. I want to no more about Ick story living in the sewer.

Wouldn't it just be a retelling of the game....like watching all cutscenes on Youtube but with actors instead? Whats the point.

Because the only other option would be to take a different route story wise that is different from the game, and in that case the end result will be likely nowhere as impactful as the writing/events of the game.

So I just don't see this ending well, like being Spiderman 3 lol
