If you click the "report" button, write a little explanation of why you are reporting their post then it will put it in a queue of jobs for the moderators to work on when they come online, it might take a few hours but the main thing is do not reply to it, you can't one-up a person being a jackass, just leave them make an ass of themselves and let the mods lay the smackdown when they log on.

It doesn't really matter, if the person is someone who flames regularly the ban for repeat offending gets longer and longer until it reaches a whole month of, so yeah... flamers can flame while their account is not banned but that time will get less and less until they're banned more than their on here.
