PS4 also has better framerate

Thats not true. DF did not do a fair comparison or an average frame rate. If you watch the video at 1:23 ,, you can ps4 dipping to 20fps per second while xbox one was not. bsomeone calculated teh average score and tehy both scored same average FPS. The only difference is that xbox one has sharper floors lol.

Those 21fps dips are during or just at the beginning of a cutscene. And XB1 has even, by the graphs, drops to 18-19fps-ish during a cutscene. It has been assumed by some that there was some loading, without optimization, during those cutscenes which caused the framerate drops.
That's why DF only talke about the drops during gameplay which is sensible and normal for them. If you look at the framerate during combat, when it matters, you'll notice PS4 wins easily this battle and it appears PS4 version also stutters lot less than XB1 overall during gameplay.

1:23 where the frames for ps4 drops to 21 while xbone is at 29 was gameplay. th epart where you follwo erin . thats a gameplay segment which DF never mentioned as thast a huge difference. Again at 2:17 the frames for ps4 was 24 while xbone was 26. thats to a gameplay moment.. it drops again to a low 20fps at 2:29. Again at 2:36 ps4 has frames of 27 while xbone has 30. that to is a gameplay moment. Again at 3:05 where it drops to 26 while xbox one maintains at 29. thats a gameplay section. drosp again at 3:17 to 27 while xbo x is 26. that to wsa a gameplay moment. As you can see there are alot framerate drops for ps4 during gameplay moments. what i am tryign to say iss, ps4 frame rates only dropping uring cutscenes is total bs. the above are proven fact from the video provided by DF adn throughout teh video there were no moments where xbox onedropped to 18 fps. i watched teh whle video again lol. from the video the frames dropped are pretty much like for like. there are times ps4 drops alot during gameplay and vice versa. if an average were to be calculated ,,ps4 might if at all win by less than 1 frame rate which is nothing.

At 1:23 it's a transition phase, between gameplay and cutscene, you're doing nothing with the character, he just slides to the cutscene and they probably started the loading of the next phase during the moment he glides directly to the cutscene. (It's being assumed the loading during cutscene creates the big framerate drops).
At 2:29 it's the XB1 (the moment where you thought was PS4 LOL, you mistook the colors lines, green is XB1!) which hovers during 2 seconds at 19-20fps when PS4 just hits briefly a low at 23fps.
The game is not perfeclty synced that's why sometimes the low dips aren't happening at the same time but on average they all look like my screenshot here.
The graphs shows at 2:29 that it's in fact lower than the displayed 20fps which is normal because the displayed number is not refreshed every frames but only like once per second. But the (green) line clearly shows at least sub-20fps framerate drops (18 or 19fps):
