not a hospital, a mental asylum, and you can't fight, you have to hide from emenies.

personally I think Outlast is better than Amnesia, at least the camera doesn't make me sick, except the dick flashing part, that is just uncalled for >_<.

still not as scary as Siren the Blood Curse though, hopefully The Evil Within will surpass them all in its glorious scariness.

I've never played a genuine horror game, only the pulp horror ones like Resident Evil and The Last of Us.

I don't find Outlast so scary. Especially after you die once and you realise... you know, it's a video game. You just respawn in a safe environment and try again. After that, I play it like a Mario fricking game, just run everywhere like a mad man and if I die, too bad and try again. The game gets kind of repetitive after a couple of hours though, I don't know if I'll finish it.

Wasnt Outlast less than 80% Metacritic though? I'm not sure but I don't think I own it (Steam).
