You can give that yourself. There are accent CDs that you can buy, Cockney, Japanese, Texas accents are all achievable. Your voice is harder but you can work with a voice coach, ive got an app on my phone called "diction exercises" , and having good diction will go a long way towards making you sound more well spoken.
