Absolutely nothing. I never buy any consoles this early anyway, it's just never worth it.

So 300$ and gamepad stays? Then nothing would make me buy it.

The only (and unrealistic) scenario of me buying a Wii U is 99€ price tag tops, I've seen Wii for as low as 65€ when it was phased out here in some retailers. And a 90+ metacritic, 3rd person cinematic, action adventure game in a alternate history around 1920-1950 or a post apocalyptic setting. And even then it would have to look like a must have to me. The even less likely scenario is an exclusive KotOR 3 or an acclaimed Star Wars RPG exclusive.

So yeah all in all I will never buy a Wii U, not worth it for me.

Realistically? Not much at this point. Killer software, but I don't see much on the horizon. Maybe if Shin Megami x Fire Emblem gets rave reviews. Nintendo seems to be sitting on Project Zero right now, there's definitely a great way to use the controller in there somewhere.

Right now it's looking like the first Nintendo console I won't own.

I got it for Nintendo games obviously but also for 3rd party exclusives like ZombiU and Lego City Undercover

I already have two but I am thinking of getting a third. Better than iPad to surf on, Better than most consoles to play on. The gamepad fits my hands the best of all controllers, the only one that do not give me fingerache (Minecraft on X360 was so painful - but fun). The funniest games for an old guy like me.
I am thinking of bying a PS3 cause there are some games I have missed out on there but all else the Wii U satisfies all my gaming needs.

when its price drops to 120-150E + Super Mario 64 HD remake.

I would think about getting one if it cost equal or less than a PS3 and has a decent amount of games that i want, like 10 - 15, and i mean games not those wii sport/play, nintendo land mini games.

It would have required Nintendo to have announced that difficult to find Wii games were coming to the Wii U e-shop.

As they didnt, i dont see enough value on it for the price they are asking.
