2 mods down? make me a mod and i'll pick up the slack

Were you not on threat of a perma ban recently for messing about with loadsa alts? and you currently have the least safe for work signature on the whole site I think lol.

Just saying I wonder who you would get banning? :D .... me? :(

With me we would have a mod who is experienced with those kind of issues, honestly would it hurt that much to try? 100% dedication from my side!

I wouldn't even ban people, just lock threads before shit gets out of control. bringing the proactive method instead of being reactive

Banning people is a necessity otherwise we would have annoying spammers like Theleaguegame and emotionally hurt people like lilbroex going around flaming and trolling the shit out of everyone.

I feel kinda shitty that Amp and Trash both pretty much left because they became mods. The stress of it isn't worth them leaving :-/

That's why they gotta be like you Montana, a mod in disguise :O

Still gotta work on getting Amp back here. Some sort of targeted harrassment campaign through Miiverse

We've got an open spot now, though. We could use your particular brand.

Honestly I'm never going to be free enough ever again to be anything more than a once in a blue moon mod. Plus I just don't feel the investment. The site still has the same ugly layout and cumbersome feel, and as far as the forum goes, if I really wanted to invest time in a gaming community I'd post on NeoGAF. I really don't feel the motivation to try to improve the site and the community if there's no effort to actually create structural change from the admins.

Ugh, tell me about it. It's really both sad and ridiculous how slowly things get done here now. We got some of our sales tools back, but seriously, there are multiple other issues that really need sorting.

Why would you want to post on NeoGAF ?

Why would you choose NeoGaf over VGChartz? Besdies the layout , VGChartz is better than NeoGAF in every way possible ( moderation, threads, community, etc...)

Locking borderline troll threads won't cost much money, a few thousand less hits at most, on top of that most money comes from vgc pro.

Instead of seeking to convince others, we can be open to changing our own minds, and seek out information that contradicts our own steadfast point of view. Maybe it’ll turn out that those who disagree with you actually have a solid grasp of the facts. There’s a slight possibility that, after all, you’re the one who’s wrong.

"5. Avatars. All Avatars must be safe for work. This means that they should not be overtly sexual (this includes blatantly sexualised poses), grotesque or graphically violent in nature. As a general guide, ask yourself whether you would see something like that in a PG-rated movie. There are children here, and people who are working, and there is no way for them to hide your obscene avatar. If in doubt, don’t use it."

Would you take action on yourself? I don't believe I've ever seen that amount of female underwear in a PG movie nor would I like my boss walking behind me to see me at a forum which features an Avatar like this, you could literally be getting people into trouble in their jobs with it.

Why not check me out on youtube and help me on the way to 2k subs over at www.youtube.com/stormcloudlive

I can see it, kirby's first action as a mod would be to ban himself for his avy and sig .
