Well when I read it, it sounds like a series that hasn't been on PS consoles. 

If I had to honestly guess. L4D3. Maybe GTA5 port

Probably nothing amazing actually lol

For me is the opposite. Naming specifically "for PS4", for me, means it could be a series already in ps3, or considered to launch in ps3. That's why it could be perfectly The Last Guardian, a game considered for ps3, but rumored for months to launch on ps4.

The Last Guardian isn't a "series". It holds no relation to Ico or Shadow of the Colossus.

I don't think so, if it was The Last Guardian they would say game not series. But it could just be odd wording.

The last guardian is not a series but maybe are considering the ICO games a series, and you don't know if it hold relation to ICO or Shadow of the colossus. That's why maybe they didn't call it "franchise" or "IP".
