Keep in mind that those 52.04% do not include web-browser social games. If you include those then that would put PC development at 72.10%.

Bat graphs says 4.42%. Sentence says 1%. Kudos to thread creator for noticing but not the original article's author lol
Regardless, those are bad numbers for Wii U. What was it like for the Wii and GC at 2008 and 2003?

Yeah in the article it was 1 percent, but I just checked it again, and they corrected their mistake.

Not really.
I think the consensus is Vita has the indie support worldwide and I guess a lot are from America
3DS has the Japanese developers.
PC and smartphones/devices tearing it up. Welp at the latter. Guess that's where the money is at nowadays..
Hope I don't miss out on so many games just because Im not rich enough to own gaming PCs. I can't afford this.

Here a little quote I want for those to keep memorize in your head for this coming next gen. By: Suke |
This poll being done at GDC probably excludes most Japanese developers. Never the less, I do agree that the PC will take a bigger part of the market share going forward. I think future TV will either have an integrated PC or integrated apple TV like OS that will allow customer to play game on their TV this will directly compete with Console market.
