Thats not true at all. I got the PS3 version and i didnt come across any major bugs. Actually i cant remember any at all. The worst it happened is the game "crashing" in a neverending loading screen. With auto-saves it didnt become a huge problem though.

I got the legendary edition though.

I got the normal edition a few months ago, installed it on the PS3 plus updates and could not even start a new game. I had to actually delete the updates of the game to start a new game, so yeah that was pretty game breaking Maybe it was not as bad, but I was pretty pissed when I could not even start a new game with the updates. :S

Its very weird. I hear the same complaints about Fallout 3 and New Vegas and i have no problems. I really dont get how so many people have their games bugged. I can only assume they are messy players. Your case though seems very weird. As far as i know the legendary edition is the normal edition with the patches already in. I actually think i had some updates aswell.

Especially the case of the other poster is fishy. He said his game crashed every 20 minutes and came to a halt on horseback. I never had that happen to me. If the game was in that condition it could never have been released and consumer defense would be all over it. Given the game had millions of sales, i can only conclude that some people are just messier players and will do everything they can to break the game, willingly or not. Its far too weird.

Either that or the game was too buggy at launch and thier save files got messed up. At that point it might be best to create a brand new file. In such a complex game they cant possibly have fixed for every save file of a previous version.

Maybe it does depend on the way you play. I mean people say the Last Of Us was broken and glitchy, and the ai was dumb. But in my first playthrough the AI did nothing to break the immersion for me. NO dumb mistakes. And no glitches or bugs during the whole game. Lucky I guess.

But I also thought it was weird, I was really excited to play Skyrim and I could not even start the game Not everyone had this issue but some people did, and they recommended me to start a new game without the updates installed. And that worked :S
