Think about it -
For the launch of PS3 - he was president of SCE - PS3 had a slow start at an awful price point, with bad marketing + presence in the market. The PS3 made up ground towards the end of his reign and in latter years.
For the launch of xb1 - he was part of the team that launched the xb1 - again a relatively slow start with bad marketing presence. (The E3 and announcement flop)
He cant keep a job (Suggests he aint good or aint dedicated) Left sony in '08, joined infrogames and restructured into Atari in '09. Left Atari in '10. Joined Gaikai. Left gaikai in '12. Joined Xbox in '12. By this logic he should be leaving Microsoft some time this year to join Ouya.
Also, and this is purely my opinion, didn't PS3 first party games get better once he left Sony? The best game from Phil Harrison time was LittleBigPlanet, and I heard he was really big in championing that game onto PS3.
I dont want this to be true, he's a genuinely nice guy and an all round decent business man. And he taught the devs about LOD technology (youtube it)
