Does this make 2 games in a row now that has gotten rave reviews for a Nintendo game? Super Mario 3D World being the other. Man looks like Nintendo is on there way out, doesn't it? Let's just enjoy the WiiU and what it has to offer instead bashing it every chance we get. WiiU the Nintendo's best system since N64 in my opinion.

Yes. That Gamspot review thread felt very negative - as if EVERY review site in the whole world had given it mediocre reviews. As it turns out, thats simply not the case.

Is there a person out there that is like a HUGE Donkey Kong fan? I can't imagine DK being number one on someone's list. "F*ck yeah, dude! Donkey Kong is the sh*t, yo!"

Actually:

I'm pretty curious about the level design, which seems to be the main point of contention in reviews. The sites that enjoyed the game (particularly Game Informer) praised the level design as wonderful, while those that didn't (particularly Gamespot) panned the level design as being mundane.

...quite honestly, I have some difficulty imagining a Retro Studios game with mundane level design...but I guess I'll wait to play the game before judging.

Those are some pretty good scores all around. If I had a Wii U I would defiantly buy this game.

Can't wait to play it!!! Why does it seem Gamespot doesn't like Nintendo games? If it were bad, I understand but Nintendo games are hardly bad. The don't like Nintendo much?
