I hate to be so demanding with my title, but this has been bugging me all day :P

I'm trying to remember the name of a game I played when I was younger. I'm pretty sure it was for the OG Playstation. It was a turn based RPG, and I remember being in a village on a beach. There was a girl with green hair, but I don't remember if she was the love interest or your sister or something else entirely. Anyhow, there are these blobby enemies that turn kind of spiky I think. Aaaaaand...that's pretty much all I remember. I think I might've just had the demo on one of the Jampack CD's but I can't find it.

Edit: Also, I should point out that it's 3D.

I've tried searching google but the only thing I found was another guy asking the same thing and not getting an answer. Anyway, if anyone can help me with this I will love you forever.

Lunar Eternal Blue is what came to mind for me. The main girl has blue hair but one of the other major girls has green hair and it has alot of blob enemies and villages on beaches

What color was the girl's hair in Legend of Legaia? That's one of the few RPG's that I remember a demo for.

in Rhapsody you go to the beach, but the protagonist doesn't have green hair.

I doubt it was Lunar for teh Sega CD but Luna has blue hair yet in the field it looks like she has greenish hair. There's also green slimes that when they attack change into mouths with teeth, and chomp at your party. (I just wanted to post a Lunar Sega CD screenie P: this thread gave me that reason...)
