Well, he has.

No, he doesn't. He just has speculation.

Nobody not under NDA know what Wii U's GPU is exactly.

We know it's a GPU from AMD and based on the Radeon design. I don't think we need to know more than that.

See even Hynad gets it Curl ...

You're arguing that a 480p game has less jaggies than a 720p or near-720p game. Sorry, I just cannot take that seriously.

Mario Galaxy had less jaggies than Alan Wake, so I don't really comprehend your surprise.

Been a while since I played Alan Wake, but it's just 576p, isn't it?

Near 720p :) And the hardware struggled to make it run. It caused it severals amounts of RRODs, framerrate issues and jaggies.

And a 480p game run just fine.

I'm fine with 480p myself, but I'm sorry, I'm simply going to have to flat-out disagree with you about near-720p LCU having more jaggies than the 480p Wii LEGO games.

Don't worry, you've done nothing but disagreeing :)

But yet again, you're not listening. Go play the game. Go, and then come back.

(A) There's more than one AMD Radeon GPU.

(B) More importantly, we don't know what modifications may have been made to it.

Of course. Nintendo went out of their way to make this AMD Radeon card much more complicated for the devs, to make sure their games run badly compared to other consoles... ¬_¬

That doesn't matter seeing as how it's GPU came from PC so shouldn't it be easier to utilize the GPU ?

You have no proof it's a PC GPU.

Do I need proof when I have evidence ? It's just some modified evergreen GPU with different shader configurations.

Because if you don't have proof, claiming as a fact that it's a specific GPU doesn't hold the weight that it would if we knew for sure.

really curl just stop it, even if wiiu is a step ahead of 360/ps3 whats the point, you still get better running and looking multiplatform games on 360/ps3, anybody with common sense would know the wiiu is in the sameball park as 360/ps3, you also have devs saying its in the same ballpark and multiplatform comparisons actually back it up.

Of course they didn't do it for that reason, they probably did it for power efficiency. The whole system is designed with a fetishistic commitment to power efficiency.

If it was an off-the-shelf part it would have been positively identified within months of its launch. Instead, we're still speculating.

There's no common sense in using multiplat comparisons between mature systems (and lead platforms) and one in its infancy as a measuring stick for the infant system's full power.

Of course not, but go trying the game I told you and judging by yourself IS common sense :)
