I dont believe ive ever seen anything like this before, it has become one of the most pathetic things i have seen, and console wars in general are already pretty petty and pathetic.

The amount of downplaying (And im specificly talking about VGC) trumps any kind of hype ive seen.  In fact i bet i can reference 10x as much downplaying than i can people hyping it.

It may be a good game, it may be a bad game but let the people who are excited for it be excited for it.  I dont really like Final Fantasy personally.  I dont see the appeal in the franchise but i dont go making thread after thread after thread, or comment after comment to tell you why it isnt good.  I just dont play FF games and i move on with my life.  Hard to believe i can just ignore a game instead of going into a thread saying something not so sly.

I get it, console wars is about being royal dicks sometimes, but i ask that lets not be royal dicks 24/7.  

Because it showed a ton of promise but seems like as new facts have come out,it will be worse than a shooter from 10yrs ago.

I think there is a obssession to think TitanFall will be the best game ever, but I agree with you.

Its cause people be Jelly that its not on their own systems so they are in denial in the fact that it might be an enjoyable game to play that they cant

What's the obsession with hyping the game? Many of us that where excited about it have been constantly let down with every bit a new news we get about it. That's what happens when a game is over hyped.

Multiplayer only is my big issue with this game, I don't have XBL gold account so I won't be buying. The game looks really fun though.

Amen. But the downplaying is everywhere.
On Ign, you will find PS4 videos with the highest comments being about Titanfall (see todays event recap vid)..

Its downright shameful for these people to call themselves gamers. Its one thing to predict a game may ben overated or fall short of its hype, but its another thing to attack anybody who believes in a said game.

Having said that, what do you expect. Somehow Sony have attracted the lowest of the lows as its demographic in recent years.

This is a sales site. I don't see a lot of downplaying, just people arguing how much it will sell.

I agree with you Jay but conflict is the soul of VGC. We can't have VGC without conflict.
