I don't get it.. why are ppl saying the xbox has a better lineup in the future.. when they have titan fall.. and maybe quantum break.. and sony have 3 ip confirmed for release this year.. Infamous.. Drive club.. and The order..

Because we know more about the Xbox One future titles then we know about the PS4's.

Microsoft has actual names attached to their games. Sony has a general number of "100"

1. Project Spark

2. Kinect Sports Rivals

3. D4

4. Titanfall

5. Quantum Break

6. Sunset Overdrive

7. Halo 5 or Halo 2 HD

 

 

 

Drive club, the order, Deep Down, Infamous, uncharted, FF14, Planetside 2, MLB 14 the show not names...got ya, good factual post.  Halo 5 is not coming this year... We know less about those then sony's games lol, and a media blowout for the order and mlb the show is this week,.


For starters a Halo game is coming this year. Until we hear othersiwe that is that. So if Halo is not okay to post why did you post Uncharted. A game that had a 30 second teaser with an unfished titel?

Again we know more about Microsofts line up then we do about Sony's. Not to mention with Titanfall and Halo there is more hype there than for the games on your list.

Sorry I kow your current gimmick is to down play everything Xbox One, but until we get more info you don't have a leg to stand on.

Do we know enough to be hyped or to say that line up is better than Microsoft's? Absolutley not.

Outlast is already out so doesn't count and planetside 2 has been released on PC already. Just being ported over.

Outlast was released in 2014, so it counts, otherwise, Titanfall wouldnt count after it's release, it's perfectly silly.
Titanfall is just being ported from PC to a low version on One, so what ? Shouldnt be counted ?

Do you know enough to be hyped about Sunset Overdrive ? No. The only games in your list that is getting big hype is Titanfall, not even exclusive.

From an objective pre order pov, PS4 games are getting more hype, Infamous, The Order, Driveclub.

Only exclusive games that are getting hype on One are Titanfall ( PC port, not exclusive) and Kinect Sport Rivals ...



Predictions for end of 2014 HW sales:

 PS4: 17m   XB1: 10m    WiiU: 10m   Vita: 10m

I don't think XB1 will be able to outsell PS4 during Titanfall release week with PS4 doing much better in EU so far and it will be available in Japan then, So it's hard to say if XB1 will outsell PS4 worldwide that week

To me it looks more likely that PS4 will still outsell XB1 worldwide because of the PS4's advantage in Europe at the moment and it being out in Japan by then. I do think that it will probably outsell PS4 in NA that week though.

I think it will be outsold that week even with Japan numbers. Maybe even the week after.

The irony all we saw of halo was a cgi trailer, and MS confirmed halo 2 HD is coming halo 5 is 2015.  We have seen nothing on any of the other games.,

So we can't count titanfall because its out on PC? We have seen way more footage of PS4 games then the x1 (Lets not even mention black tusks new project thats now gone). and I thought you said ps4 games don't even have names, good call on that LOL.

RBI baseball LMFAO i have a strong feeling its not going to be a simulation baseball game, it will probably be along the lines of NFL BLitz or nba jam what they are to those sports, i could be wrong but i would be shocked.  and if it is a simulation i highly doubt it will compete with The Show theres a reason its been called the best baseball game for what is it the last 5 years straight now.

 

 

added note RBI baseball is coming to phones and such so i really dont think its going to be a baseball sim type game.

?? Titanfall is the ONLY game with any hype for x1, the order is already at 100 k pre-orders, where are the other x1 games?  Wrong again.

People aren't buying PS4 to play indies, just like you said the multiplats are selling the system a long with the price point and better specs. But TitanFall will definitely boost the Xbone in U.S., infamy second sun will have a minimal affect on sales.

 

Did I say they were buying it to play indies?? But they are helping give variety to an early launch lineup, and people do care about indies, I know a couple at my work who play mainly downloable titles on ps3 and ps4. Second son will effect sales, its the first big AAA exclusive on ps4 and look stunning. as will MLb the show. Amazes me people ignore the show it sells 1 million every year and is now the only baseball game on next gen, Half of OS soprts and numerous sports gaming sites are waiting for The show to buy a ps4.

MLB will move systems this year due to it being the ONLY MLB game this year.  and Infamous wont move many systems its not a huge series, its a good series but not a AAA title IMO its a AA title.  AAA titles are reservered for games that are garranteed to move a million copies quickly not over the year, which is what infamous does it moves copies slowly over time.

The Show isn't the only MLB game. Major League Baseball is brining back RBI baseball this year.


LMAO good luck with that. The show is one of the best most consistent franshises in gaming for 7 years, RBI baseball is an arcade game also coming to ios and in its first year, the show is going to make a mockery of that game.

It is more than okay to praise a game, but to look at an IP like the 2nd coming of halo.. And say it'll pish sales to the point that it is closing the gap.. Is an eztreeme, especially for a new IP that is basically multiplayer only..
